Increased sanitizing and cleaning schedules: Bushwick Paper Mill staff is now sanitizing all heavily trafficked and high contact areas on a daily schedule and with increased frequency throughout the day. This includes kitchen areas, hallways, elevators and conference rooms. Restrooms are constantly cleaned throughout the day.
New hand sanitizer stations: We have installed new hands-free operating hand sanitizer dispensers at convenient locations throughout the building.
Face mask requirement: We strictly require that every building occupant wear a face mask in all common areas of the building at all times.
Social distancing: We encourage all building occupants to practice social distancing and remain six feet apart in common areas. In addition, there is now a 4 person limit in the building elevators and we now require that every other chair is left empty in the conference rooms and kitchenettes to further facilitate proper social distancing and to ensure that capacity in these areas is kept to a minimum.
HVAC and air ventilation: All common areas have MERV 13 filters in the HVAC system. MERV 13 filters are also available to tenants upon request. We also encourage tenants to open windows to bring in fresh air from the outside as often as possible.
Building signs: We have posted many new signs throughout the building to increase health awareness and to serve as a constant reminder to all tenants and guests to follow our new health policies.
Health guidelines: Our team is committed to staying abreast of the latest information on the virus and the recommendations from the CDC, HHS, NIAID, FDA and other public health organizations, as well from all federal, state and city authorities so that we can continue to provide the safest possible environment for you and your team.
